Hard Bone Inclusion Abnormal Sound Detection System

Detect abnormal sounds during meat sliding to prevent the mixing of hard bones!

This document introduces examples of measurement systems that determine the presence of hard bone contamination in meat products. In many meat processing centers, all meat is inspected using soft X-rays to check for the presence of bone fragments. However, if bone fragments are embedded within fat, they cannot be distinguished. Our analysis shows that when bone fragments are sliced with a meat slicer, a specific frequency range (sound/vibration) changes. By attaching a vibration sensor to the bearing section of the rotating blade, we can capture this slight change in vibration and determine the presence of bone fragments through FFT 1/3 octave analysis. [Contents] ■ Overview ■ Examples of hard bone contamination detection in meat ■ Example configuration of hard bone contamination detection system in meat *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Learning-based Abnormal Sound Detection System "CAT-CMP"

A line judgment system that can determine defective products by abnormal sounds and vibrations can be constructed at a low cost!

"CAT-CMP" is a learning-based comparator software that makes judgments on vibration/noise data using statistical methods. It automates the inspection of abnormal sounds and vibrations in products, which previously relied on the operator's senses. Since offline post-analysis is possible, you can analyze by changing conditions such as the target frequency range and thresholds, allowing you to determine the thresholds. 【Features】 ■ Capable of handling a variety of products by registering judgment conditions ■ Complex judgments are possible by changing measurement conditions ■ If there is accumulated OK/NG data, baseline data can be calculated from that data ■ If the phenomenon is reproducible, having baseline data for each NG pattern allows not only for OK/NG judgments but also for the identification of NG content *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
